Is a fancy hotel and they don’t recieve credit cards, unbelievable, if you dont have cash you can’t book a room!

Location is good, walking street is near, 7/11 is very close. There is a gokart facility in walking distance.

Day staff great. Very courteous. However the night staff on the reception is either incompetent or rude. Doesn't understand the job. We had early arrival to the hotel due to flight schedule. When we asked if we can check in early at 5 am or if we can get a room for additional rent. He told us rooms are not available. Fair. I asked him if he can let us call few local numbers to check for a hotel for night. He refused and was very rude and least concerned that there is a family which has no room or place to stay. No courtesy or even understanding of what customer service is. 2nd night, we asked for spare key card from the same night reception staff. He rudely just stated spare cards are finished. On which I asked if there is a solution to the problem? Because I cant remove card if my family is in the room and i want to go down or out. Electricity is cut when you remove card. And I need card to access door and lift. I asked if hotel staff willbe able to help and open since its not my fault you are out of cards. 2 adults check in means we can ask for spare card. He was not willing to listen and understand. His programming was stuck at cards are finished. So i guess this job was beyond his understanding and capability. Hotel management should really look into it.

No doctor facility in the hotel

The hotel was very clean with open lobby area and a nice view of the pool. Reception area was quite large and clean. Rooms were huge with king size beds. Balcony area was pretty good with large windows and seating arrangements. Washrooms were also quite elegant. The rooms and the beds were pretty clean. Hotel is located 5 mins walk from the Waling Street and the boating area. No problem walking back to the hotel during night time.

The first thing I noticed was the receptionist - was very rude. The main entrance staircase was outdated and could have been nicer. The pool was quite small in size. Never felt like taking a dip. The water in my shower did not drain and made a puddle in the shower area every time I took shower and remained there until someone wiped it.

Air condition was too loud

Perfect location, close to the pier, walking street and Pattaya beach. Jomtien is easy to reach. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a possibility to park your car. If you don’t stay at the hotel, it cost you 200 Baht/day. Very nice sea view.

I love everything about the hotel. Staff, restaurant, rooms and spacious parking The staff is good , friendly and helpful.

Morning breakfast could be better Oceanview is very good except it stinks as there's a sewerage plant just next to the hotel. I believe that In the future they could cover the sewerage canal with some blockades to avoid the smell coming out of the place.

Swimming pool didn’t catch sun during our stay so cold. Breakfast very basic. Not enough options for farangs.

Good comfy bed, area still good although they are doing a little construction making it a little difficult for drivers to get to, nice staff, and clean rooms

Place has fallen off a little since my stay there 3 years ago, staff not quite as friendly although they are still decent just not as personable as they had before. Quite a few rules to follow, like being quiet during breakfast.. I guess for all the loud Chinese they get

1) upon arrival there was a marathon in the city, it took us 2,5 hours to reach the hotel. it would have been helpful to receive an information up front from the hotel 2) the environment of the hotel is extremely dirty.....

The premium ocean room has two walls of windows looking right at the bay. So it’s really nice lying in bed with the view, or when you are having a bath in the tub right by the window. In room menu is good and not expensive

Breakfast is really basic. No power outlet next to bed. Outside the balcony there’s a dirty smelly river. Mold on the bed sheet.

Very comfortable bed. Clean room with a nice view. Excellent service. Good breakfast with a nice variety of food.

TV reception was very weak. Location was a little inconvenient, but not bad. Swimming pool was very small.

Below The balcony- ocean view- is drain water and sewerage water ( the smell was too bad and can’t set in the balcony) Otherwise the room is brilliant with great view

The bed was comfortable, other than that nothing, it was fairly clean

Staff and the atmosphere, when I drove in I was questioned by a young guy dressed in tracksuit told him I was stayingb there he let me in, I can Speak Thai having lived here a number of years, I then understood the absolute filth and contempt for the arriving 'farang' he was speaking to his little girlfriend who was with him. I then went upstairs showered and had to go and meet clienrsvfor dinner As I went to leave was stopped by security (I'm dressed in a suit and Thai in a newish company car) would not let me leave the car park until the new older security guard had quizzed me off my wearabouts and my name then wanted to know where I was going in a rude tone, I said I'm staying here I'm going out He let me go (I'd escaped the balihai prison, upon my return I was greeted by the same older security guard who asked me what in thought I was doing coming into there, room number was provided by me, as the window was rush on the car he then put his head in the car and wanted to search it, well in had been pturnt enough so then let rip. Do not ever stay here honestly don't

Location so far, no taxi, the elevator close at 12am!! , bad stuff also one man goes around the Hotel corridor fully naked and no one do anything!!!!

Beautiful hotel over looking the pier . Maids are super friendly have to mention Sun and the other ladies who always had a smile . Restaurant staff were 5star as were the security Giam and the bell boy Dave who went out off his way to assist you .

None of the staff can speak English, its very difficult to explain what you want, its my second time in this hotel but for sure last time it was way better than this time I will not come again
